Sometimes life brings us difficulties that make us seek support. It might be that things at home or at work are just not feeling right, or that something happens that changes our life.
Body Psychotherapy can help us develop new perspectives and skills when facing difficulties. It works by paying attention to the relationships between mind, emotions and body, within the safety of a confidential, therapeutic relationship.
I will listen caringly and carefully, without judgment, both to the words you say and
to your bodily expressions, such as your tone of voice, your breathing patterns, any
aches and pains, digestive problems, sleep disturbances, etc.
When putting all this information together, we create a bigger picture of your personal situation and aim to find ways to improve your quality of life.
